Once upon a time there was a beautiful bride and groom... This is how all my wedding stories begin in my head and Luis and Andreas' story isn't different. Luis and Andrea are a beautiful young couple who decided to travel from Arizona to La Jolla to have the wedding of their dream. And the entire team of wedding professionals made the wish come true.
Their ceremony was held at Cuvier park in La Jolla. There are many ways to decorate Cuvier park. You can use arch, flowers on tall pillars or even moon shape flower arrangement but you never want to block the view! Luis and Andrea choose a wood arch with white flower arrangements. I’ve planned many weddings in San Diego but this venue is one of my favorite places.
First look is a great opportunity for couples to see each other before the ceremony to relieve stress and also take some pictures. Louis and Andrea decided not to do the first look and I feel in their case it was the best decision.
The reception was held at Cuvier Club. We rented a golf cart for the transportation from Cuvier Park to the Cuvier Club but some guests preferred to walk. Cuvier Club is a great wedding venue in La Jolla. It is walking distance to the ocean so you can still have your dream beach wedding with staying on budget. The food is delicious and the service is excellent.
Andrea and Luis' wedding was filled with love and so many cute details and favors. I personally loved her caricaturist artist, that was such a nice touch. They had two kinds of wedding favors. First was a tea box with personalized tea and the second was personalized macaroons in a super cute bag. Did you see the dessert table? OMG it looked amazing and the taste yummy :)
